EPP Quality Improvement Team is a group of multi-skilled people charged with the responsibility of maintaining the high quality level achieved and of improving the production process.

The Quality staff is supported by latest technologies as for example 3D coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and high performance 2D height measurement system.

We put all our dedication to develop, refine, and maintain the quality process in order to guarantee high customer satisfaction.

Ongoing improvement , investigation of non-conforming product, corrective actions, internal audits and lot traceability are just a part of the process. Quality is a journey that leads to excellence as ultimate aim EPP quality management system has earned certification to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
In the respect of the rules and philosophy of the ISO 9001:2015 standard , we can provide the highest quality products and consistently meet or exceed our customer’s quality requirements and expectations!

Since March 2019 we have obtained the IATF 16949 certification.
Automotive quality procedures like as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC are already in use.
